A Path down 2020.

2020 has been a challenging and fruitful year for us and, as a team, we wanted to thank you for witnessing our growth as Hong Kong’s very own HR Tech startup.

As we look back on the year, we have a few milestones that we’re extremely grateful and proud of.

RECRUITER SEARCH LAUNCHED FOR COVID JOB LOSS

As unemployment rose scarily at the beginning of the year, we knew our recruiters wanted to help. This is why we launched recruiter search to help those who were affected. To this date, we’ve connected over 1000 candidates to specialist recruiters.

WE WENT REGIONAL

WFH became a new norm for many of us and it made finding the right talent more difficult, especially regionally. We started with a few recruiters in Singapore and now grown to over 500 specialists serving in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam, and the UK!

WE ARE THE TECH APP OF THE YEAR

Being part of the HR community in Hong Kong, it meant so much to us when we were awarded the best tech of 2020 by the renowned HKIHRM! When the team found out we won, we were over the moon. It was definitely worth all the sweat and tears building a platform that are loved by our users – you guys!

WE GET MORE COLLABORATIVE EVERYDAY

We want to be the most collaborative recruitment platform.

In 2020, we introduced the following features to make things easier:

We tried to save you time on interview scheduling.
Commission Calculator to help you determine the most effective commission fee for each job opening.
10K+ messages exchanged / 1.5K connections established / 300+ interviews scheduled / 750+ recruitment hours per month.
Guides to work better with recruiters.Stay tuned! Many more improvements are in our pipeline for 2021.
